ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Niharika.
I've spent 10+ years in software engineering and technical training, and the last few years focused entirely on AI. That mix is what I bring to every engagement: I can write the code, and I can explain it to a room that has never written any.
As an AI Enablement Officer, I work with department heads, business teams and engineers to understand how they work today, then translate that into working AI solutions on Claude and Google Gemini. Sometimes that means a reusable prompt library for a business function. Sometimes it's a RAG assistant grounded in company documents, an API integration with an internal system, or coaching developers on Claude Code and AI-assisted development.
I founded Prompt at Work to do this for companies and institutes: enablement, solutions and training under one roof.
